Do You Need to Yell?

I’ve never been a fan of The Weather Channel’s website, but there are some things that irritate me more than others.  There is a Winter Storm Warning now for tomorrow, and the WHOLE THING IS IN CAPS:

STOP YELLING AT ME!

STOP YELLING AT ME!

Is that really necessary?
