Grandparents Can Internet Too
My family bought the Asus Eee 900A for my grandparents for Christmas. It was certainly a nifty little netbook, although I didn’t have a lot of time to play around with it. And tonight, after a couple weeks waiting for the cable company to connect them, I received the first email from my grandmother:
thanks to my grandson and nephew we finally can use my christmas gift
Since they live 300 miles away, it was a little difficult to troubleshoot the process of getting the wireless network set up, and my second cousin George lives down the street, so he picked up where I left off.
It feels good to hopefully open them up to a bit of the wonders of the intertubes.
